You do not need an account to order. Browse, choose how it reaches you, and pay the shop directly.

   Find what you need

   Search the market or browse by category and area. A spelling that is close enough still finds it.

   Add to your cart and check out

   Give your name, your WhatsApp number and where it is going. No account, no password, no email.

   Choose how it arrives

   The shop’s own rider, a SmartMarket rider, a delivery company, or collect it yourself. Not every shop offers all four.

   Pay the shop

   Wave or Afrimoney straight to the shop’s own number, cash when it arrives, or cash when you collect. The shop’s details are shown at checkout.

   Follow it

   You get a tracking link. Make an account afterwards if you want your receipts kept in one place; your past orders come with you.

Nothing to buy, just something to move. No account for this either, and riders compete for the job.

   Post the job

   Where it is picked up, where it goes, what it is, and how urgent. Add a budget if you have one in mind.

   Riders send offers

   For the next 30 minutes riders name their own price and how long they will take. You see each offer as it arrives.

   You choose

   Pick on price, on arrival time, or on the rider’s rating. Nobody is assigned to you and no rider can take the job without you choosing them.

   Pay the rider

   Directly, at the price you agreed. Your phone number reaches the rider only once you have picked them.

List once, and be findable. Customers pay you directly, into your own Wave or Afrimoney account.

   Create an account, then register your shop

   Two steps, and both are needed. The account is who you are; registering is what creates the shop. Signing up alone does not list anything.

   Wait for approval

   We review new shops within 24 hours and message you on WhatsApp. Until then your page exists but nobody browsing can see it.

   Add your products

   Name, price, description and up to six photos each. The first photo is the cover, and you can change which one leads.

   Put your payment number in Settings

   Your own Wave or Afrimoney number is shown to the customer at checkout, so your takings go straight to you.

   Answer your orders

   Orders arrive in your dashboard with the customer’s name and number, so you can call or message them. Move each one along as you prepare and send it.

See the jobs, name your own price, and get paid by the customer. No deposit and no cut of your fare.

   We check your details and message you on WhatsApp. Until you are verified you cannot bid for work.

   Go online and look at the jobs

   Shop deliveries waiting for a rider, and packages people have posted. Both show the pickup, the dropoff and what is being moved.

   Send your offer

   Your price and how long you will take. You are not told what to charge, and the customer sees your rating and your completed deliveries beside your offer.

   Do the job and get paid

   If they pick you, you get their number and the details. They pay you directly, in full.

Bring your riders, set your rates, and bid for work as a company rather than as individuals.

   Your fleet size, the areas you cover, and how you price: a flat rate, or a rate per kilometre.

   Same review as everyone else, and we message you on WhatsApp when it is done.

   Add your riders

   Each rider registers, and you add them to your fleet from your portal. You can see who is active.

   Take work

   Shops that choose delivery by company can send orders to you, and you can bid on open jobs the same way a rider does.
