You do not need an account to order. Browse, choose how it reaches you, and pay the shop directly.

   Find what you need

   Search the market or browse by category and area. A spelling that is close enough still finds it.

   Add to your cart and check out

   Give your name, your WhatsApp number and where it is going. No account, no password, no email.

   Choose how it arrives

   The shop’s own rider, a SmartMarket rider, a delivery company, or collect it yourself. Not every shop offers all four.

   If you chose a SmartMarket rider, pick one

   Riders send you their price and how long they will take, and you choose. The shop cannot take a bid on your behalf, because you are the one paying the rider.

   Pay the shop

   Wave or Afrimoney straight to the shop’s own number, cash when it arrives, or cash when you collect. The shop’s details are shown at checkout.

   Follow it

   Your tracking link works without an account: it shows the stage your order is at, what is in it, and the rider’s number once one is assigned. Keep the link, because it is what identifies you.

   Or make an account, in one tap

   Continue with Google and every order you have placed, including the ones from before you signed up, is kept in one place you can open from any phone. It also fills your name and address in next time.

Nothing to buy, just something to move, and you do not know a rider. Post the job and riders compete for it. If you already have somebody in mind, see the section after this one instead.

   Post the job

   Where it is picked up, where it goes, what it is, and how urgent. Add a budget if you have one in mind.

   Riders send offers

   For the next 30 minutes riders name their own price and how long they will take. You see each offer as it arrives.

   You choose

   Pick on price, on arrival time, or on the rider’s rating. Nobody is assigned to you and no rider can take the job without you choosing them.

   Pay the rider

   Directly, at the price you agreed. Your phone number reaches the rider only once you have picked them.

The way deliveries are actually arranged here: you find somebody, you ring them, and you agree a price on the call. The auction above is the fallback for when you know nobody.

   Look through the riders

   Every verified rider on the platform, with the areas they cover, what they ride, their rating and how many deliveries they have completed. Filter by your area.

   Call or message them

   Their number is on their card. Agree the price and the time between yourselves, exactly as you would today.

   Write it down here

   One short form: what you agreed, where it is collected and where it goes. The rider gets a link to confirm it, and the shop, if there is one, gets a message saying who is coming.

   Rate them afterwards

   This is the part that matters for everybody else. A rider who is only ever rung on the phone builds no record, so the next person browsing has nothing to choose on.

List once, and be findable. Customers pay you directly, into your own Wave or Afrimoney account.

   Create an account, then register your shop

   Two steps, and both are needed. The account is who you are; registering is what creates the shop. Signing up alone does not list anything.

   Wait for approval

   We review new shops within 24 hours and message you on WhatsApp. Until then your page exists but nobody browsing can see it.

   Add your products

   Name, price, description and up to six photos each. The first photo is the cover, and you can change which one leads.

   Put your payment number in Settings

   Your own Wave or Afrimoney number is shown to the customer at checkout, so your takings go straight to you.

   Answer your orders

   Orders arrive in your dashboard with the customer’s name and number, so you can call or message them. Move each one along as you prepare and send it.

See the jobs, name your own price, and get paid by the customer. No deposit and no cut of your fare.

   We check your details and message you on WhatsApp. Until you are verified you cannot bid for work.

   You appear in the rider directory

   Once verified you are listed for customers to find, with your photo, your areas, your rating and your number, so somebody can ring you directly instead of waiting for you to bid. Your number being public is the point of the listing.

   Go online and look at the jobs

   Shop deliveries waiting for a rider, and packages people have posted. Both show the pickup, the dropoff and what is being moved.

   Send your offer

   Your price and how long you will take. You are not told what to charge, and the customer sees your rating and your completed deliveries beside your offer.

   Do the job and get paid

   If they pick you, you get their number and the details. They pay you directly, in full.

Bring your riders, set your rates, and bid for work as a company rather than as individuals.

   Your fleet size, the areas you cover, and how you price: a flat rate, or a rate per kilometre.

   Same review as everyone else, and we message you on WhatsApp when it is done.

   Add your riders

   Each rider registers, and you add them to your fleet from your portal. You can see who is active.

   Take work

   Shops that choose delivery by company can send orders to you, and you can bid on open jobs the same way a rider does.
