Most trade here already happens over WhatsApp. A photo, a price, a phone call, and someone figures out the delivery. It works, but customers cannot search it, good shops stay invisible, and every order needs the same conversation over again.

SmartMarket gives that trade a home. Businesses list what they sell once. Customers browse, order, and choose how it reaches them. Riders see the job and name their own price, so the customer picks on price and arrival time instead of taking whatever they are given.

You can also send something without buying anything at all. Post a pickup and a dropoff and riders come to you with offers, or go through the rider directory, ring somebody yourself and agree the price on the call. Writing that booking down here is what builds the rider a record, so the next person browsing has something to choose on.

None of it needs an account. Your tracking link is enough to follow an order, and if you do make one, in a tap with Google, everything you have already ordered comes with you.
